With large rooms and no wasted space, it was the perfect house to for the owner to keep the same feel of the original house with just fewer rooms to maintain.

At B & K Build we believe with vision anything can be accomplished. Nestled in the heart of old Vestavia we tore down a house and built four new ones in the existing space. This project shows how you can make use of space in an area that no space is available. Utilizing an architect that understands how to make floor plans feel larger than they are we were able to create privacy and open concept living while still being next to you neighbors.

At B & K Build we love taking on challenging builds. In the heart of Birmingham we tore down and abandoned boarding house and built two new homes on the existing lot. We worked directly with the Historical Governing bodies to build two homes that looked like they fit the existing neighborhood on the outside with all the amenities of current homes.
